HubSpot has introduced new AI-powered ” Breeze ” tools to improve marketing automation and efficiency. The announcement came at HubSpot’s annual Inbound marketing conference. Breeze has three main components.
Breeze Copilot is an AI assistant that gives personalized recommendations using data from HubSpot’s CRM. It can help users with various tasks within HubSpot, the browser, and mobile. Breeze Agents are four agents that automate workflows like content creation, social media campaigns, prospecting, and customer support.

Introducing Breeze AI at Inbound
Human oversight is still important to ensure high-quality and relevant content. Breeze Intelligence combines HubSpot customer data with third-party sources to create more detailed profiles.
The aim is to use reliable data to improve AI capabilities. HubSpot stresses the importance of human involvement in overseeing AI-generated content. Karen Ng, VP of Product at HubSpot, said, “We really do need eyes on it still…We think of that content generation as still human-assisted.”
HubSpot is also updating its Marketing Hub with tools like Content Remix, which allows repurposing videos into various formats, AI Video Creation through integration with HeyGen, enhanced YouTube and Instagram Reels publishing tools, and better marketing analytics and attribution capabilities.
These updates show HubSpot’s goal of combining customer data with AI-driven tools to help businesses stay competitive in an increasingly digital landscape. The new features are being released now, with some available in public beta.
