Jill Pratt: Campbell’s new marketing force

Jill Pratt has been announced as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Campbell Soup Company’s Meals & Beverages division, starting July 29, 2024.

With her extensive expertise in brand management, she is poised to drive the brand’s growth in the competitive market.

Her appointment underscores Campbell’s commitment to strong leadership and points towards optimism for the company’s future performance.

Pratt will oversee all aspects of marketing and brand strategy, while coordinating with other teams to achieve division goals.

She will be the head of the U.S. Consumer Experience team for Campbell’s Meals & Beverages division, working closely with their Category and Sales teams to attract new consumers and deepen existing relationships.

Key brands such as Campbell’s, Chunky, and Michael Angelo’s will fall under her purview.

Apart from her duties, Pratt will also establish an innovation pipeline, oversee collective marketing programs, and utilize consumer data to make strategic decisions for the company.

She will directly report to Mick Beekhuizen, Executive Vice President, and President, Meals & Beverages.

Beekhuizen praised Pratt’s appointment, expressing confidence in her potential to drive marketing goals forward, given her impressive history of notable contributions in her career.

Pratt, holding a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, has a significant history of work at Heatonist and McCormick & Company.

Taking over from Linda Lee, her extensive financial background and strategic business acumen make her well-suited for the challenges ahead.

It reported net sales of $9.4 billion in the fiscal year 2023, with a portfolio showcasing famous brands like Campbell’s, Cape Cod, Goldfish, and several others.
