O2 Commerce has acquired Zaneray, a U.S.-based web design and development agency. The merger aims to strengthen O2 Commerce’s presence in North America and enhance its ability to deliver innovative e-commerce solutions. Both companies serve a diverse range of clients across various industries.
O2 Commerce’s clients include Air Liquide, while Zaneray’s notable clients are from the outdoor and lifestyle sectors, such as Black Diamond Equipment, Jackson Hole, Mastercraft, and Yeti Cycles.
Merger strengthens e-commerce presence
The combined expertise of O2 Commerce and Zaneray, along with their partnerships with platforms like Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, commercetools, and Shopify, will enable them to provide advanced, integrated e-commerce solutions.

O2 Commerce, founded in 2008 in Québec, has worked with prominent clients such as Mountain Equipment Coop and Zadig & Voltaire. Zaneray, established in 2000 in Whitefish, Montana, brings over two decades of experience in web development and design, having partnered with leading adventure and lifestyle brands like Skullcandy.
