Oracle Social Cloud has updated its Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform to now include Instagram and Weibo.
Users can now post to Weibo and use engagement and analytics capabilities for both platforms. Instagram, which has surpassed 300 million active users, still requires you post content directly from its mobile platform.
Microblogging platform Weibo is extremely popular in China with over 175.7 million users.
