The restaurant industry is worth an estimated $700 billion in the United States, and marketers for eateries are trying to make their brands stand out as the obvious choice for family get-togethers, corporate holiday parties, and seasonal soirees. In fact, according to the National Restaurant Association, about nine out of every 10 restaurants are using social media to standout in such a competitive space.
A new report from social marketing platform Sprinklr ranks the top restaurant brands that are effectively using social media to persuade restaurant-goers to patronize their eateries—and not just during the holidays but year-round.
