Hästens, a manufacturer of handmade luxury beds with 330 retail stores worldwide, has implemented SAP CRM in its push for global growth.
The SAP applications, which also included SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and SAP Best Practices for Business Intelligence, help the company keep track of its entire sales cycle, from orders through shipping. Order information is available to all support staff in real time through the SAP tools, which were put into place throughout Hästens’ 28 global markets in 18 weeks.

The retailer is working on growing organically as well as pushing sales in new markets worldwide. SAP CRM and ERP have already helped Hästens reduce warehouse inventory by 67% and achieve a 100% line fill-rate on orders.
