Zeno Group announced the appointment of Thomas Bunn as the global chief client impact officer effective July 1. Bunn, who has served the company for eight years, will report directly to the global CEO, Barby Siegel. His nifty responsibilities include strategy, planning, creation, and data and research analysis.

With decades of diverse experience, Bunn is expected to drive growth and deliver beneficial partnerships for all client engagements. His appointment is significant because of his rich history with Zeno Group, during which he played instrumental roles in various projects and crafted Zeno’s strategic outlook.

Siegel emphasized Bunn’s significant contributions and his aptitude to uphold the firm’s commitment to its diverse client base. She expressed her confidence in his abilities to prepare the company for a rapidly evolving market.

In response, Bunn pledged to align his profound industry knowledge with the company’s ethos to enhance client satisfaction and performance.

Besides Bunn’s promotion, Zeno Group also announced changes in its senior leadership. Therese Caruso has shifted from global head of strategy and planning to the chief strategist for The Human Project. Theresa Bertrand is now responsible for leading the strategy and planning for Zeno U.S. and Becky Prindable has been designated as the analytics head for Zeno U.S. These changes aimed to bolster Zeno Group’s focus on data and strategic processes.

Zeno Group perceives these changes as integral towards showcasing enhanced service delivery in data management and commitment to strategic excellence. The company expects to improve service quality by leveraging the expertise of these seasoned professionals.

Other leadership changes include Nancy Ruscheinski’s retirement from the COO position, Mark Shadle and Ryan Wagman joining as chief reputation strategist and inaugural U.S. creative officer respectively, and the advancement of Maria Del Mar to Global Digital Innovation Officer. In this transformative phase, Jennifer Gottlieb also took the reins as Global President.

In the last fiscal year, Zeno recorded a global revenue increase of 4%, making a total of $143 million. Across various markets, Zeno’s performance remained steady, recording revenue growth in Europe, the U.S., and Asia, while seeing a slight dip in Australia.
