Thomas Bunn has received a promotion, ascending to the role of Global Chief Client Impact Officer at Zeno Group.

Answering directly to Global CEO, Barby Siegel, Bunn’s newfound post places him in a position of substantial authority. He’ll be supervising a versatile team which includes strategists, creatives, planners, and data and research analysts.

Bunn is renowned for his expertise in client strategy, fostering teamwork, and adopting communication to create business impacts, having been with Zeno Group for the past eight years.

CEO Siegel is confident in Bunn’s abilities, praising his skillset and stating that his new role aligns perfectly with Zeno’s goal of nurturing client relationships and supporting business expansion. Siegel believes Bunn’s promotion could act as a catalyst for Zeno’s expansion plans.

Bunn’s ascent to Global Chief at Zeno Group

Therese Caruso is the newly appointed Chief Strategist of The Human Project, Theresa Bertrand is now heading Strategy and Planning for Zeno U.S., and Becky Prindable has taken the position of Head of Analytics for Zeno U.S.

The aim of these leadership transitions is to bolster Zeno’s high-performance offerings and refocus their staff’s attention on data quality and strategic assignments. This is anticipated to drive Zeno Group’s growth and streamline their procedures.

Amidst these leadership changes, Zeno Group celebrated financial success with a 4% increase in global revenue to $143 million and a 5% boost in U.S. revenue to $117 million in 2023. Zeno’s achievements did not stop there as they claimed the Outstanding Large Agency award in 2024.
